You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT hiring needs and job specifications. Develop and post technical job descriptions and job ads across various platforms. Proactively source candidates using databases, social media, job boards, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers and team leads.
