We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of technology roles and be skilled in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier IT professionals. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT hiring needs and job specifications.

Develop and post technical job descriptions and job ads across various platforms.

Proactively source candidates using databases, social media, job boards, and networking.

Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.

Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers and team leads.

Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and tools to enhance recruitment strategies.

Familiarity with common IT roles, skills, technologies, and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, DevOps).

Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
